Is it possible to tattoo any type of skin? As long as there’s no allergy to any prodcut used for the tattoo. But one must know that the effetc of the color (black included) varies according to the natural pigmentation of the skin. Clear skins have the best results, brown and black skins are limited to the use of black ink.
Skins with problems must have a special care or even a conter-advise:
Acne: a skin with acne must be treated before thinking having a tattoo. And the treatment usually used dry the skin so it can provoke itching and slow the cicatrisation. So tattoo is not recommanded.
Psoriasis: tattoo is a trauma that can reveal a psoriasis on a skin which already got it. In practice persistant psoriasis is not often witness.
Eczema: if one got a cortisone treatment the tattoo must not be done. It is necessary to wait several month after the end of the treatment to think about a tattoo on a zone that showed no sign of eczema.

Beaty spot: they must not be tattooed (tattooists can avoid them)because a tattoo would hamper the watch of it’s evolution.
Scars: they can be tattooed if they are old enough (a year at least)
Suntan: it must be avoided a month before a tattoo. A skin newly suntanned can hamper the work of the tattooist.
